Pay As You Go

Clients receive a flat rate plan with no agent minutes included.


Standard Plans

Clients receive a monthly plan with minutes included at a more affordable rate.


Customized Plans

Need a totally customized plan with additional services? We can create a tailored solution to meet your business goals at the best price.


Account Setup Fee

$40 and up

Administrative purposes

  • Includes collecting all necessary information to personalize your service and creating your personal account settings. Using external programs, additional contacts, complex setups, etc. will be a factor in cost. This is a one-time fee.

Holiday fees

$20

We give each client the option to utilize service on Federal Holidays (6 per year). If you choose to, we charge a flat rate of $20 per holiday. This is to staff for only the necessary call volume, so that our agents can spend their holidays at home as well.

what we offer in our plans

Agent Minutes / Toll Free DID Number

At WESP, we only bill for the time our Agents are actively managing your account. We do not charge for your phone lines ringing, caller holding times, etc. There is no minimum charge per call and we never round up to the nearest minute. What you use is what you pay.
