Account Setup Fee
$40 and up
Includes collecting all necessary information to personalize your service and creating your personal account settings. Using external programs, additional contacts, complex setups, etc. will be a factor in cost. This is a one-time fee.
Holiday fees
$20
We give each client the option to utilize service on Federal Holidays (6 per year). If you choose to, we charge a flat rate of $20 per holiday. This is to staff for only the necessary call volume, so that our agents can spend their holidays at home as well.
